FARM BUFFALO | Buffalo, NY – Account Supervisor

November 2021–January 2022

As an account supervisor at FARM,  I was responsible for driving the strategic direction of one of the agency’s largest and longest standing accounts in the automotive industry. My responsibilities included: developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, key performance indicators, and competition; pitching and defending agency work, concepts, and proposals; and internal review and sign-off on all work to ensure client goals and expectations were met.

Mr. Smith Agency | Buffalo, NY – Project Management Director

November 2019–October 2021

As the project management director at Mr. Smith,  I was responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the agency’s engine – the work. In coordination with the Client Services Director, I was responsible for project kickoffs, scheduling, risk management, issue identification and resolution, resource allocation, team management, client discovery and briefs, and more. In this role, I was the primary client contact and team lead for 10+ clients, including the agency’s two highest retainer clients. Both of the aforementioned clients nearly doubled their contracts in the time I spent working with them.

Mr. Smith Agency | Buffalo, NY — Digital Marketing Manager

APRIL 2018–NOVEMBER 2019

In this role, my primary focus was helping our clients get their message out via highly targeted digital marketing strategies that cut through the noise of today’s screen-centric society. I led a small team, including a UX designer and content specialist, both of whom reported to me on execution. I also championed an agency-wide shift in project management software during my first three months at the agency.

DECEMBER 2015–APRIL 2018 

As the sole content strategist at Crowley Webb, one of Buffalo’s most esteemed and successful agencies, I was responsible for planning and executing all content campaign efforts for an array of clients, working with the accounts, creative, and digital teams to guide and document content architecture, flow, and user experience for digital solutions across multiple channels.

KegWorks | Kenmore, NY — Social Media Manager

SEPTEMBER 2013–DECEMBER 2015

As social media manager at KegWorks, I was responsible for the company’s social media presence. My duties included channel creation and development, community management, paid campaign strategy and execution, and editorial calendar management. During my time there, I launched our first-ever paid social campaign, generated buzz around a brick and mortar store opening, and created monthly performance reporting for all social media initiatives.

As the content writer/journalist at KegWorks, my primary duty was content creation for two eCommerce websites (product pages, blog posts, and landing pages), several social media channels, email campaigns, and print and digital ads.
